Unwashed, Unworn Apparel with no signs or smells of wear may be exchanged in store within 5 days of receipt. Anything that has any signs or smells of damage will not be accepted. Items purchased before an LSU home game, concert, or special event can not be retuned/exchanged after the event has passed. ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED, OR THE EXCHANGE WILL BE VOIDED. *Customer pays for return shipping. Under any circumstances will no exceptions be made. Our return policy will be strictly enforced.

LSU (is seasonal) Apparel, Holiday, Seasonal, Custom Items, Artist & Concert Apparel, & / or Special Event Apparel/Items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. They may only be exchanged for another like item.We provide size guides or measurements on most of our online items so Southern Gleaux is not liable if all other sizes are sold out. We can not sell these items after the event/season has passed, so we will not refund.
